Summer Work 2021

Congratulations! You have decided to take on the challenge of an AP course or courses during the 2021-2022 school year!
With this challenge comes tremendous rigor, responsibility, and accountability for both the instructors of the courses and for the students enrolled in them. Therefore, in order to maintain high expectations for all, we are instituting an official Gilbert School AP summer work policy and would like all students and parents to be aware of it.
Any student enrolled in an AP class for 2021-2022 who does not turn in their summer work on the first day of their AP class, will be automatically dropped from that course into the next level of the course. If no such course exists, the student will work with his/her counselor to determine a replacement.
Please note: students have already received ALL summer work from their AP teachers and the assignments are posted online on the Gilbert website under the Student Life/Summer Work 2021 tab. Any questions on the assignments should be forwarded directly to their prospective AP teachers.
