*You must be PRESENT for all of your exams. In the event of an excused absence (which MUST BE CALLED IN THAT DAY BY PARENT & A MEDICAL NOTE BROUGHT IN THE NEXT DAY TO THE OFFICE) you can make up your exam during one of the make up blocks in coordination with your teacher (DO not assume a teacher will proctor your makeup exam whenever; it is YOUR responsibility to schedule it with your teacher).  If your parent/guardian does not make a call if you are legitimately sick and you do not bring in a note the following day, you will receive a ZERO on the exam and it CAN NOT BE MADE UP.

*You must be ON TIME to your exams. You will miss important directions and explanations from teachers on how to complete your exams; ARRIVE ON TIME!!!! Anyone arriving late, especially more than 20 minutes late for an exam, must meet with an administrator in person to explain their attendance BEFORE they are allowed entrance into their exam. BE PROMPT!!

*  To pass a course, your yearly grade must be a 60.

** Students must remain in the exam room for the entire two hour period.  You may not leave once finished with an exam.  Students should bring a book/something to do when finished. They will not be dismissed after they finish and exam.  The end of that exam period will be the ONLY time a student is dismissed.
