Arbiter Sports Registration

 

 

 

 

Dear Gilbert Families,

The Gilbert School Athletic Department is continuing to utilize the convenience of online athletics registration through Arbiter Sports (https://students.arbitersports.com/organizations/the-gilbert-school). 

Arbiter Sports is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through Arbiter Sports, the system keeps track of your information in your Arbiter Sports profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs. If you entered your information for a sport in a previous year, no need to re-enter the information, but you will need to enter the new program/sport you want. If you are already registered, be sure to select the participation name under Participate Information. 

 

INFORMATION NEEDED TO REGISTER 

It will be helpful to have some information handy to allow for the accurate completion of your online registration. Emergency contact information, doctor's phone numbers, and health insurance information may be required to complete your registration. 

YOUR CHILD MAY NOT PARTICIPATE UNTIL THIS ONLINE REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE AND 

A CURRENT PHYSICAL IS ON FILE IN THE SCHOOL NURSE'S OFFICE. 

 

REGISTRATION PROCESS- A parent/guardian should register by following these steps: 

 

1. To find your program, visit the Gilbert Athletics page which can be found at www.gilbertschool.org, and click on Arbiter Sports. Next, select the registration form under the word Programs. 

2. Click on the green Register Now button to the Sign Up/Log In green buttons. If this is your first time using Arbiter Sports, click Sign Up. Click login, if you already have an Arbiter Sports account. 

3. Sign Up for your secure Arbiter Sports account by entering the account owner's First and Last names (parent/guardian), E-mail address, and password. Select the agreement to the Arbiter Sports Terms of Service. Click Sign Up. 

4. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don't see the email, check your E-mail filters (spam, junk, etc.). 

5. Click on the link in your activation E-mail, which will log you into Arbiter Sports. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. Fields with a red* are required to have an answer. 

6. Click the Save & Continue button when your form is complete. 

7. Review your registration summary. 

At any time, you may log in at Arbiter Sports to update your information and to check your registration(s). To view a completed registration, select the 'Registration' tab on the blue bar.
