In addition to direct donations, you have the opportunity to establish a named fund. This can be for unrestricted purposes or for a specific program or fund you select. You can name the fund after yourself, a loved one, or in honor/memory of a parent, spouse, child, or other family member or friend. These gifts are added to the endowment of The W.L. Gilbert Trust Corporation and generate continued support for The Gilbert School. Currently, the minimum amount needed to establish a fully endowed, named fund is $10,000. A partially endowed fund may be started with an initial gift of $2,000 with five years for the donor to reach the required minimum of $10,000.

The first scholarship was established in the early 1900s. Each spring, The Gilbert Trust presents over $125,000 to deserving students and alumni. The generosity of those who provide this support is gratefully acknowledged and deeply appreciated by The Gilbert School and the awardees. Additions to these funds may be made at any time.
