The Gilbert Community relies on the generosity of the larger Gilbert family to support the mission of The Gilbert School. William L. Gilbert established the Trust and School "for the improvement of mankind by affording such assistance and means of educating the young as will help them become good citizens." His founding vision remains true today.
Each year, members of the Gilbert Community generously support our current and future students. Gifts are directed to all areas of campus life—from facility improvements, technology upgrades, equipment purchases, and art supplies to supporting athletic programs, providing scholarships and general operating support. Your generous support directly impacts the opportunities available for every student, in every classroom, every single day.
Recent Impact
Last year, donors made possible the renovation of the gymnasium, equipped our robotics team with cutting-edge technology, and provided over $120,000 in scholarship assistance to students who might not otherwise have access to furthering their education. Your support is transforming lives.
Why Our Community Gives
"Gilbert gave me the foundation for everything I've achieved. Giving back ensures the next generation has the same opportunities I had."
— Class of 1978 Alumnus
"We've seen firsthand how dedicated the teachers are to our daughter's success. Supporting the Yellowjacket Fund is our way of investing
in that excellence." — Current Parent
