The Gilbert Heritage Award
Presented to Don Goetz, Class of 1970 for accomplishments that bring honor and pride to all alumni and represent the heritage and traditions of The Gilbert School.
Young Alumni Achievement Award
Presented to Jake Smith, Class of 2008 for serving as a role model for younger individuals through continued success and achievements, and who graduated within the last 20 years.
Distinguished Professional Achievement Award
Presented to Eliot "Bang" Williams, Class of 1960 for noteworthy career accomplishments, dedication to excellence, and respect among colleagues.
The W.L. Gilbert Award for Outstanding Community Service
Presented to Kurt Root, Class of 1985 for displaying exceptional service toward the betterment of life in the community, and honoring the philanthropic spirit of our founder.
Outstanding Athlete Award
Presented to Donny Crossman, Class of 1999 for outstanding character, sportsmanship, positive attitude, and team approach in competition and in life.
Award recipients were acknowledged at a special ceremony during Homecoming Weekend 2018.
Those graduates attending the Homecoming 2018 Alumni Brunch were able to meet with, and congratulate the winners in person!
