Carolina Millan
Director of Enrollment Management
Carolina Millan (Cali) serves as the Director of Enrollment Management at The Gilbert School, where she works closely with international students and their families throughout the admissions process. She is passionate about helping students find the right environment to grow both academically and personally, and takes pride in ensuring each student feels seen, supported, and at home.
With experience in international programs and student recruitment, Carolina has built strong relationships with partners around the world. She understands the importance of trust, clear communication, and cultural connection in creating meaningful opportunities for students. She firmly believes that a student’s experience extends far beyond the classroom and is deeply committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive boarding community.
At Gilbert, Carolina focuses on expanding global opportunities while ensuring every student experiences a smooth and meaningful transition into school life. She remains a dedicated resource for students not only during the admissions process, but throughout their entire journey.

Lauren Orr
Dean of Student Affairs
Lauren Orr, serves as the Dean of Student Affairs and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Linguistics, a Master of Science in Instructional Technology, and a Master of Arts in TESOL Education. With over a decade of experience in multicultural education, including time spent living and studying abroad, she brings a deep understanding of second language acquisition and educational leadership. In her current role, she oversees the daily routines of Residential Coordinators and supports a diverse group of international students, while also teaching in the English Language Learner program.
Lauren is delighted to support the mission of expanding the diversity of the residency program.
